Wednesday, 18th March
Following a request from many members, we have arranged a Spring Reception which will take place in the convivial surroundings of the Oriental Club (Tel: 020 7629 5126). This is located in Stratford House, at the far end of Stratford Place, which leads off Oxford Street (North side), immediately opposite Bond Street underground station.
The event will provide an opportunity for you to meet members of the Committee, to hear about events planned for 2015, and also details of the visit to Thailand and Laos planned for February 2016. We are always keen to have an input from members about events they would like to have in future, and this will provide an informal atmosphere in which to make suggestions.
The cost of the Reception, to include drinks and a light buffet, is £25 for Members, £30 for Guests and £20 for Junior Members and members of Samaggi Samagom. NO TICKETS WILL BE ISSUED. Entry will be restricted to Members and their nominated Guests.
It is always enjoyable to meet young Thais at these events, and any member who might wish to sponsor one to attend can do so on the form below, which can be downloaded.
Please note that Gentlemen should wear a jacket and tie, and the Club has a strict rule that mobile telephones must be switched off. Cameras may only be used in the room of the Reception.
Please complete the application form which can be downloaded below, and return to:
Final date for booking is 13th March. Please note that tickets must be paid for in advance of the Reception, and are not refundable.
