Martin is the General Manager of the The Lancaster Hotel, Bangkok. His talk, given from Bangkok hence the 10:00 am UK timing, will remind us of what we are missing, and of how tourists are missed in Thailand, covering the current situation of the hospitality industry in Thailand, so essential to the Thai economy, developments over the past year and quarantine procedures.
Then he will look into his crystal ball and try to discern when the borders may reopen and normality return. Followed by a Q&A.
